When booking, on request, we'll deliver you by email a detailed itinerary.
Advance payment
After our confirmation on the availability of the house it's required to pay an advance in the amount of 30% of the total accomodation price, within a maximum of 7 days (if the reservation is received at least 45 days before the guest's arrival). To confirm the bookings made 45 days (or less) before the arrival date, is required to pay the advance within 48 hours.
The advance payment is made directly to our bank account, and all the data required to make the transaction will be provided to You by e-mail.
The rest of the agreed price is payed in cash on the day of Your arrival.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation 60 or more days before the arrival, the guest is entitled to a refund of 25% of the amount payed in advance.
In case of cancellation within 60 days prior to the arrival date, the guest is not entitled to a refund of the advance payment.
In case we fill the void caused by the canceled reservation, the guest will receive a refund of 100% of the advance payment.
The guest bears all the refund transaction costs.
Security deposit
As an insurance against possible damages to the property is required to pay, on the arrival day, a sum of 100 € as a security deposit. The entire sum will be returned at the end of Your stay (if no damages were made).
